This is a surface treatment that involves coating with PFA powder paint using a spray gun or electrostatic powder coating machine, followed by sintering at a specified temperature and time. Its major features are excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and non-stick properties. Additionally, it finishes in a glossy black color (other colors are available), which can be considered aesthetically pleasing. The film thickness is usually around 30 to 50 μm, but it can be made thicker to improve chemical and abrasion resistance. Narrow areas where the spray gun's nozzle cannot be inserted, such as the inside of pipes, are typically difficult to coat. Depending on the diameter and length of the pipe, it may not be possible, but we also provide coating for such areas.
